I was looking for a clinical quality pulseox to help us manage our medical needs in the home and on the go.  While the bulky standalone units we've had prescribed sufficed, they were difficult to lug around.  This little beauty gives us better information, in a smaller package.  (The loaner had only a pleth bar, rather than a pleth wave-graph.)  Haven't had a chance to try out the Bluetooth functionality for computer-logging, but I'm excited to!

Not being familiar with Fingertip Oximeters, the process of finding the best equipment and the best price was intimidating.

After reading the reviews and evaluating my personal needs, CMS 50-E Fingertip Pulse Oximeter with Alarms & Memory.

From the time ordered, with basic priority delivery via USPS it arrived in 3 days.  Everything was securely packaged upon arrival and correctly calibrated – ready to use!

Based upon reviews, I anticipated the directions to be challenging; however, it wasn’t too bad.  The directions are not written in the manner of most consumer electronics –but common sense will get you 98% of the way; patience to page through the small booklet for the remaining 2%.

My surgeon and pulmonologist were very impressed with the accuracy, hardware, software and price.

One suggestion, it would be great if there was a “FAST START” page setup.  If most folks buying the equipment are not from the medical profession.

Excellent product.  Highly recommended.

I purchased this oximeter to be able to keep track of  my oxygen levels and have found it very easy to use and reliable.  I really like that I can rotate the screen and it's very responsive.

Was bought for my son going to school as a cardiopulmonary lab tech. Couldnt beat the price for the quality of the peice with all the bells and whistles. Very pleased

I love the oximeter.  It works like a dream.  My clients are medically frail and I often have to monitor their vital signs.  This oximeter works exceptionally well.

Arrived quickly, seems to work well and produce accurate readings. Documentation a little difficult to understand but software is pretty straightforward once you get it figured out.

Excellent product.  Very easy to read and very accurate/reliable.  I use on overseas travel for heartbeat monitoring.  The battery life is more than sufficient for my use.
