After receiving my oxymeter, I was confuse about the fact that the USB port would not be on unless I had it in a menu screen. The very patient person that answered the phone was able to get me straightened out right away. I was impressed!

This pulse oximeter was not sufficiently described to me, thus when I ordered two to be sure to have what I needed, the one opened was kept and given to my doctor for dispensation.  One was returned and minimally refunded.  Thank you.

I ordered this oximeter because of its ability to log and download data.  I have afib and this item is an excellent way for me to track when my heart does out of rhythm and provides a report to my dr.  so he can make adjustments in my meds if necessary.  Thank you SE for the excellent service.

BEST IDEA I'VE HAD WAS TO GET THIS MONITER - MY DOCTOR WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE IDEA TO HAVE ONE AT HOME TO KEEP TABS ON MY PULSE RATE AND OXYGEN LEVELS. IT HAS BEEN WELL WORTH THE EXPENSE.
