How do I return an item?
Southeastern Medical Supply, Inc has a specific Return Policy
Within 10 days of your order you may return any unopened merchandise other than software for a Southeastern Medical Supply credit or an exchange. A 20% restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If there were no shipping charges assessed for your order (i.e. if you chose free shipping) your refund will not include our cost of shipping. Please note that all coupons must be applied at the time of the order and that having missed applying a coupon does not invalidate the 20% restocking fee.
Products which have been removed from their packaging cannot be returned for a Southeastern Medical Supply credit or an exchange unless they are defective. Any defective product covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer warranty policy.
No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from Southeastern Medical Supply The Customer Service department will issue a "Return Authorization" (RA) number for ALL returns. The returned good(s) must be returned in the original packaging with all documentation and freight prepaid by you. A full credit will be issued only for shipping errors made by Southeastern Medical Supply. Any merchandise damaged in shipment should be refused and reported at the time of delivery to both Southeastern Medical Supply and UPS or USPS.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the personal nature of this product, any product that has been worn or used can not be returned unless defective. Defective equipment will be exchanged for the same equipment within the first 30 days, after which, the factory warranty must be used for repair/replacement.
Southeastern Medical Supply does not offer free trials on any equipment and therefore, used, dirty, soiled, resold or relabeled goods are not returnable. Even if you only use it once, it is considered used.
No credit will be issued on merchandise after 10 days following date of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all merchandise returned due to customer overstocking, ordering error as well as all cancelled orders once processed and refused orders after shipment. When you process your order you agree to these provisions as stated herein.
Warranty - Repairs/Replacements:
Southeastern Medical Supply as the distributor may assist the customer in obtaining factory service for the duration of the products warranty period. Southeastern Medical Supply reserves the right to repair or replace equipment covered under warranty at its or the manufacturers discretion. If a problem develops within 30 days of purchase, Southeastern Medical Supply will replace the unit free of charge unless the manufacturer supersedes. After 30 days from purchase the manufacturer's warranty must be used.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO OUR INSPECTION. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR RETURNED ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT. ELIGIBILITY WILL BE DETERMINED UPON OUR INSPECTION. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN (DEFECTIVE ITEMS WILL BE EITHER REPAIRED OR REPLACED).
SOUTHEASTERN MEDICAL SUPPLY WILL NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED FOR ANY REASON, AND WILL NOT REIMBURSE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ANY REASON.
A return authorization number is required for all returns. Here are the instructions for returning items to Southeastern Medical Supply:
