I,ve only had it a short time so I can only speak of a limited useage.It has worked just as advertised.large cuff fit upper arm w/ease.One touch operation is simple even for the hapless,for this I am forever graetfull.As of now I would recommend it to all in need of such a device.It seems a good item at a fair price. I hope to get as fair a deal in all my transactions.

I don't think I ordered the cuff to be so large.  It overlaps the air tube, so I am not sure if I am getting enough pressure on the arm.
