Thanks so much for such quick service on receiving our penguin neb machine!  Jeff on the phone was a great help determining which machine was best for our daughter.  Had we bought a machine locally (Michigan) through Wright & Phillipis it would have cost us $205, yet through your company it cost only $50!  We have no extra money right now, so when our old machine broke we were scared of how we would pay for it.  The money your company saved us really helped us.
