You did not offer the particular item I sought (a nebulizer mouthpiece without through-flow), but the piece I did order works just fine, and your speed of order processing and shipping was excellent!  Plus, I was VERY pleasantly surprised by the Free Shipping!

thought i'd better get  a spare kit for my breathing treatments and sure enough
i rec'd your kit and the one that came with the machine no longer worked.
then i proceeded to get two new kits from
you and parts where different from my first order???. order was made by phone using the order # from my original order.
Please let me know if i did something wrong.
