Their service EXCEEDED my expectations: emailed me with updated info on my purchase the same day, next day shipped out pulse oxi, and I received it within three days. They were FAST, SAFE, and I am really impressed with my experience with this company. The product itself is GREAT as well: works amazing: compared with other co-workers at the hospital and was accurate, gave results within seconds, and patients were impressed as well. Thank you!

The product arrived amazingly fast, and works as described. I began using it right away at work and found the readings to be consistent with our hospital devices.  The display is easy to see at night without waking my patients, and fits easily into my pocket. It's exactly what I was searching for and I would recommend it to other practitioners.

My rep was very easy to deal with and answered my questions pleasantly. Two days later it came in the mail, amazing since it was the week before Christmas. They did spell my last name wrong, getting 2 letters out of 5 wrong. My credit card still went thru, which is a little frightening and concerning.
