The representative provided courteous, friendly service. Went out of her way to further research my cuff request as my cuff for my BP machine was no longer listed on company product list. . She called back as promised and found that a substitute cuff would work with my machine. The substitute cuff arrived and fit perfectly. I wish I could remember her name. She is bilingual and works at the South Carolina Call Center. Thanks for a job well done.

Very unhappy as I ordered the wrong thing so had to send it back unopened and undamaged for credit.  Lost money as I had to pay a restocking fee and postage to mail back.  Would have ordered the right product but after this experience, will not order from your company again.
