fast shipping the only problem i experienced
was the adapter to the main unit was reversed in the tube and i had to call for the info as to why it wouldn't fit. problem was solved by reversing the fitting.

I at first was skeptical about this product at first I could not get the software to work so I was able to contact the factory in China and talked to a very well informed person who helped me by sending the software via email and it worked flawlessly.  I took readings and gave it to my doctor who even said this is really detailed and was impressed by the readout to be able to have informed information about the blood pressure.  The company sends me email from time to time and asks how its product is doing?  Most manufacturers do not do that.  I been very upfront with them that I have had no problems and even pointed out updated software so that people would like with the product.  They are working on improving their product.  If you have software issues you can contact Viola Lee [email protected] and their website is http://www.contecmed.com.  This company is really good on customer service and if you do have an issue with the unit let Viola Lee know I sent you.

Tracking with UPS was very problematic. The product is fine, a little more complicated getting it connected with the computer than I expected. The blood pressure and Oxygen both seem to be accurrate.

Excellent color display. Especially useful in low light situations.  Also the SPO2 which is included in the same unit is extremely useful.  Computer software also is a great tool in keep track of all vital results.  Which can be printed and sent to your Doctor if needed.

I was very skeptical about the purchase of this unit because it wasn't a well known brand nor could I find any US information regarding this product...BUT, it was exactly what I was looking for BP monitor AND SPO2 all in one unit.
As an LPN at a very busy nursing home I have found that this unit exceeds my expectations so far. Readings are accurate (unlike those convenient but inaccurate wrist monitors), and dependable. Now only the test of time will determine it's durability, but I see no reason it won't last as well as any tool properly cared for.
Suggestion, DON'T WAIT....Purchase this quality oriented, time saving unit and rest assured that your money was well spent.
Purchase the extra cuffs as well...
