The 5 yr. warranty excludes the wristband. I am returning it to the  store. $60.00 plus and no warranty on the wristband? No way.

I am very happy with my new blood pressure cuff. The ease of  putting it on your wrist  is wonderful at my age. It works in seconds and your done! No fuss with pumping up a cuff or getting it in the right spot. The screen and numbers are very easy to view  and take no time at all to appear.

You have an excellent product, but paying for the item was very difficult.  I tried to use paypal, which we live by, but your site would not let me do so, that part needs some improvement.

This blood pressure monitor is the "BEST". It takesaccurate BP including heart rate with inaccurate heart beeps.

This was great service.  The monitor was so well received that a fellow co-worker ordered one the next day.  We are in the Public Transit business and we set up a wellness station for our Operators.  They are enjoying the monitor and many many are using it several times a day.  We are currently running a Wellness Campaign to in an effort to encourage individuals to change some of their habits that includes me also.  Hopefully we can buy several more of these as give aways to our winners.  Thanks again for such great service.

while rep is prompt about informing me of items on backorder and inquiring if i want to purchase something else instead.  it doesn't really help me as i have customers that have purchased this item.  i can not simply change my order to satisfy my customer.

Item has been backordered for weeks and was just informed last week that it is not likely due until the end of April.  I will probably see quite a few returns when these actually get here to be shipped out.

Company Response :  Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not have availability of these items for about six weeks.  We were given no warning as the manufacturer has not been willing to put this practice in place.  Given the preferred pricing that this customer receives, we were unable to source these items from a secondary resource..  Going forward, we have requested a Qtrly order forecast to better allow us to adjust our inventory to help ensure adequate supply.
