I used my new blood pressure monitor right away.   I took it into my doctors to see if it was off by a few degrees and it was right on with her's. She asked me where and how much.  When I told her she said that she will start ordering from here also.

I have no problem with the item I purchased, however I paid for priority shipping which should have allowed me to receive the product in 1-3 days. It was delivered on the 4th day and caused me inconvenience. You advertised free shipping in 4-10 days therefore I am asking for a shipping refund of $11.95.
