There's nothing wrong with the set but I have trouble unserstanding how to put it on my arm. The diagram does not help much and I don't know what the metal rod is for. I am waiting for someone to show me how to put it on.

Cuff works great. Seperate stethoscope is fairly inexpensive, but it works with getting BPS.
