The ADC Model 720 Professional Sphygmomanometer with Adult Cuff was well packaged and works well.  Perhaps even better than the last one.  I recommend doing business with this company because they are very helpful and friendly.  This was second purchase from them.

The shipping service was great--ordered on a  Friday night and received it the following Monday. The box it was shipped in was intact, but the product's box was a little bent along the corner.
The blood pressure cuff seems to be in good working order. Everything was in working order when I tested it.

I purchased above item for someone else so I hope it works out....have yet to give it this Christmas. However, I have to say that this site was great, easy to navigate and the item arrived on time and packaged well!
