5 of 5 needs 2nd adaptor for second set of cuffs September 4, 2013

As I already have  1 one machine I ordered a child and infant cuff. The adaptor was included.
I also ordered a new machine for which I also ordered  the 2nd child and infant cuffs I  was expecting a second  cuff ADAPTOR to be included.
I still need it.
