It features a die-cast beam for accurate weighing and durability for patients up to 400lbs (180 KGS). Weight can be read in 4 ounce increments from either the front of the device or from the rear. There is a built in steel height rod that measures from 24 to 78 inches, suitable for your smallest or tallest patients. Also, being a mechanical scale, the unit can be placed anywhere on any flat because there is no power supply requirement.

This scale has a tare knob on the bottom of the large sliding weight and a fine tuning knob on the side of the beams.
