The Detecto 8437 Digital Waist High Physician Scale offers rigid, American made quality with a 500 lbs (225 kg) weight capacity. The 8437 Detecto features a 10.5 by 14.5 inch platform for a safe, positive stance during measurements. Detecto Physician scales are designed for heavy use and ideal for hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation facilities and fitness centers. The Detecto 8437 Digital Waist High Physician Scale is proudly made in the USA.
Now offered with Detecto's 8437 Digital Physician Scale is the all new, improved MV1 Medical Weight Analyzer. It is a versatile, state of the art weight indicator that is available with a variety of options for transmitting medical records. The MedVue's LCD digits are large and bright enough to be viewed up to 30 feet away. The MV1 MedVue is powered by 6C batteries (not included), or by optional 12V AC adaptor; model MV1PWR (see ACCESSORIES tab). Battery life extends to 7,560 weighments with backlight on and up to 10,620 weighments with backlight fully off. Each MedVue Analyzer is equipped with USB and RS232 serial outputs and is available with optional Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections (see ACCESSORIES tab). Optional Wi-Fi connectivity provides up to 20 ft of range as well as enhanced security over Bluetooth designs. Connection options offered with the MV1 Medical Weight Analyzers allow for use with printers, PCs, networks, tablets, bar code scanners and mobile phones for unbeatable convenience.
