This Edan SD3 Pro Fetal / Vascular Doppler meets routine examination requirements of obstetricians, midwives, pregnant women and vascular technicians. To assist with the audio output, it has a color LCD display which helps in situations where there are bright lights. This SD3 doppler includes a waterproof interchangeable probe, Normal Carry Case, user manual, (note : batteries not included).

This Pro model has two distinctive features: 1) you can record the fetal heart sounds and 2) the device has rechargeable Li-ion batteries.

The Edan SD3 Pro doppler is made for simple auscultation (intermittent listening). Like other SD3 dopplers, the Pro unit has an enhanced processing technology providing a superior signal to noise ratio resulting in a clear audio output.

A variety of interchangeable waterproof probes are available. The 2 or 3 mHz probes are indicated for the detection of fetal heart rate from early gestation through delivery and as a general indication of fetal well being. They can also be used to verify fetal heart viability following patient trauma. The higher frequency probes are useful for understanding vascular conditions, etc.

When placing an order, choose included probe. If desired, an optional probe can also be added to the order.
