Merchandise was mailed in good condition but too small. Tried to get an exchange for a medium. but company would not agree to an exchange but agreed to sell me another for half price. Now, I have two that I don't need a large and a small and neither  fit properly. Still need another this time a medium. Will have to re-order.

Thank you for this cuff.  It works fine, but I phoned your Company two days ago regarding your return policy and was told I could not return it.  My concern is this...I am a short statured woman/a dwarf and have a heck of a time getting an accurate reading with a normal sized cuff.  My neighbor has an Omorn Monitor, together with the normal sized cuff.  To no avail we have had problems, due to the length of my arm.  I hoped that when I purchased the smaller cuff that would do the trick, but no..my arm is not only short it is too "fat" to allow an accurate reading/error mesage.  Is there anyway I could return this product..we only tried it a few times.  I would be most appreciative if you would consider my request.  My thanks.
