Far superior to any of the automatic digital, auto-inflating gadgets I have purchased for my parents BP tracking.  Because I am a nurse and have used the aneroid sphygs before, I can tell the difference in accuracy of the BPs.  We are now getting acurate readings with this new sphyg.
