The Powerheart� AED G3 Plus is ideal for lay rescuers to use in public access defibrillation areas such as schools, athletic fields, and workplace environments. It comes in two models: the semi automatic and the fully automated external defibrillator (AED). This is the fully automated unit that features Rescue Ready� and STAR� biphasic technology. The fully automated unit will initiate shock automatically based on the patient's heart rhythm and does not need further intervention to do so at that point.
