I have an Omron blood pressure machine to check my blood pressure at home but due to weight gain, the cuff no longer fit right and my reading were off by a lot.  Getting the Omron large cuff was a true relief. It was simple to change it out and the readings have been much better ever since.

The cuff should be made like the ones for professional use. With the metal loop where it is, it is hard to get it on correctly. It should be just a straight one with a velcro closure. I don't think you should have to spend that much for something that I am sure 9 out of 10 people end up replacing.

Regular cuff is a little too small---Large cuff is about an inch too large.   It works ok but need a cuff that either ends at 14" or 14.5"  or starts at 13".  We do like the machine.

Seems too large in terms of overall width as it runs from my armpit down to my elbow joint.  Probably could have used the smaller cuff that came with the unit rather than buying the large cuff.
