Reviewer: Mohammad Khan from New York, NY United States
It was a worst experience in online shoping so far. These guys are extremely confused, full of beaurocracy. They think yhat only they are honest and reliable everybody else is dishonest and thief. As far as product is concern it is good. But the company has terrible and incompetent staff.

RESPONSE - Sorry that we took a while to verify and ship your order.    Your situation was unusual.   You were working in a foreign country, wanted the item shipped to a location that was not your card's billing address and where we could not verify that you lived.   Given that we work in an environment with credit cards are not present, we work hard to verify information before accepting cash from a transaction or shipping product.  This cautious approach protects us but more importantly protects the credit card holder.  Very early in the process we suggested that you ACH funds to us for payment as an option and that we would ship the next day following receipt of funds.

3 of 5 CMS 60-C OPERATION July 23, 2014
Reviewer: Walter Coakley from Atlanta, GA United States
Product is what I expected, but, as mentioned by other reviewers, transferring recorded data to computer is not user-friendly.  I will study instructions more in hopes I can learn to record/transfer readily.  Note product and software is dated 2010.  Suspect software should be updated.

1 of 5 Doesn't hold a charge! June 26, 2014
Reviewer: GREGORY OSHANICK MD from MIDLOTHIAN, VA United States
Right out of the box, the oximeter doesn't hold a charge to function properly.
We are trying to get a replacement unit sent from your business, but have been unsuccessful so far.

4 of 5 Product Review January 5, 2014
Reviewer: Kevin from Waverly, IA United States
The device works well and the recording feature does what I wanted it to.  I have used it through the night and the sensor stays on.  The software that came with it displays the data well but does not have an easy way to manage the data files.  For the price I would recommend this product.

5 of 5 Best Pulse Ox May 16, 2012
Reviewer: Vicky from Upatoi, GA United States
Needed a pulse ox to monitor 2 asthmatics & a husband that snores & has bad sleep apnea.  Wanted a cheaper one but knew that I needed one that had an alarm AND recorded, & the little "All-in-one" finger gizmos would be a waste of the money.  This worked right out of the box, is light, stays on the finger all night without too tight but not fall off, AND the software was very easy and very professional reports. It has helped us battle the insurance company to provide my husband with a CPAP machine.  If you want one for home use--this is it.  If it is for sports you'll need a pocket & it does have the wire attached. Came fast & if this is the one don't waste your time trying to find it on other sites--I spent hours to save money & ended up this was the best place!
