I love this pulse ox. I wish the spring were stronger (that's what broke on my last 2-my care population are men, and they have chunky fingers). Also for the price it should come with a cover. The one that I purchased with my second one, was more trouble than its' worth, flimsy and floppy. But in term of accuracy, I think they are the best on the market.
You are charging $3.00 more than Walmart  for your thermometer-not good!
Your customer service has been excellent.

I saw the Hospice nurse use one of these and asked her some questions about it and decided to get one.  I have 3 kids, a husband, and my mom to take care of-so I needed something that is very easy to use and the results are faster than other thermometers. The shipping was quick.

Excellent thermometer to take my grandkids temp with! No muss, no fuss, no little plastic "thermometer condoms" clogging up the environment!
