Yes, I was impressed with the machine, but since it had been suggested that if I ever needed a BP monitor, to get an Omron, I knew it would be good. The Customer Service is what I was really impressed about.
The monitor I ordered came with an adapter, which I especially wanted. The monitor I received, didn't, though it did have the adapter port. After figuring out which address to make a complaint on, I received an answer within the day, and an apology for the error. Within three days, I received the adapter. Thank you for the prompt response and for the comfort of now knowing my blood pressure.
