Love this attachment. Makes the breathing treatments easier for my 6 month old. Not sure if it's as effective as the mask but it's more comfortable for my son which limits the squirming.

My son loves the pacifier and looks forward to his breathing treatments!  He likes to hold the nebulizer himself.  My only complaint is that the nipple (even though it's silicone) seems a little flimsy and I'm guessing we'll have to replace it in the future.
