Ordered Lumiscope L-2214 Flexible Tip Thermometer - received an "OK" substitute. Suggestion to company - do not put in a substitute without customer's permission. Instead, offer your customer the opportunity to remove item from order before shipping.

I did not received this product. I was called before shipment and told it was no longer available. Since, lacking that item, the  order was then less than the $50 required for free shipping, I asked if free shipping would still be honored. The Rep said yes... which pleased me. They also added a case for the device free of charge which was a great surprise when I opened the package. Thanks SEMS!
