I ordered a pink taxi cab nebulizer and received a yellow one. The packing slip stated that customer approved color change, however I never was contacted to discuss the change. This was very disappointing, as my daughter was looking forward to a pink one. I will not order through this company again.

Company Response - We are also disappointed that you did not receive what you ordered.  At the time of your order, we were backordered on the pink units and per procedure the customer service rep responsible for this order indicated that he had processed various options with the customer, one option being substitution of another color.  On investigation,, we unfortunately discovered that the Customer Service  Rep who processed the order did not contact you as indicated.  We have addressed the issue and feel fairly confident that a similar incident will not occur again.  Again, our sincere apologies.
