These cuffs did not come with the correct connectors to fit either our monitor or the extension tubing (Contec CMS-08A, which we ordered from your company by the way.) When I called to ask why these have plastic connectors and not the metal ones, I was told that you don't carry those.  You need to make it clear  on your website that there ARE different connectors because I had no idea.  I also don't think that we should have to pay a restocking fee for returning these since your website was not clear!
