Requiring signature for delivery caused a trip to post office and long wait for service, which is not easy for disabled Senior.

Product works GREAT....easy to use.

box was poorly packaged. no warning to shipper to handle with care. box was crushed. box containing monitor was crushed. calls to your business were not productive. wasn't allowed to inspect for damage p.o has everything now

there is a difference in readings between the reading I get on this monitor & what the nurses get at the rehab center.They are usually 20 to 30 higher than my reading.
