I was pleased with the service with the exception that, your website doesn't have specifics that in order to place and order you must include a doctor's prescription or you must be a clinic requesting this. They took the payment in advance through the website and then sent a email. I am glad that I checked my email or I would not have known. I am not one that checks her email often. May I recommend the website stating all requirements in order to process orders and can you follow up if there is a reason that an item can not be mailed out, can you  make a phone call to the client. Thanks
