disappointed compared to first order April 6, 2012

Twice as loud as the first unit and gives a bumping sound about every 3-4 seconds.  I could keep the first unit in my bedroom and it would not disturb my sleep--not this one!
I ordered the most expensive unit because I was so pleased with the first.
The ad also stated that an oximeter would be included but guess you forgot.
I like having ownership of my unit as it is less expensive (even with insurance and medicare) and I don't have to put up with some of the know-it-alls who make housecalls even when not needed.
I am sorry to be so negative but liked my first unit so well thatI find it difficult to find much positive with my recent order.
