nebulizer purchase

I purchased the nebulizer and then a few days later I was informed that I needed a prescription from a doctor in order to purchase it. That kind of info would have been helpful BEFORE they let me order it.. I sent in the prescription and waited a week or so and still no nebulizer. I sent an email and got no response. I finally called and got someone to release the order. I got here a few days later.
Response - The FDA requirement for a prescription is displayed very prominently on our website and on each of the nebulizer products under the product pricing. We sent a reminder about the prescrtiption need a day after the order was placed and a prescription was sent about 3 weeks later. As you note, we did take about 6 days to send out the nebulizer after the prescription was received - we do apologize for this; it is most unusual and have put in measures to address going forward.

I am impressed with this model nebulizer. It is light and compact, but it works as well as my older and larger unit. I am quite pleased with my purchase from your company - the shipping was much faster than I expected.

Color me impressed. A portable unit. Works well, as far as I know. The only "down" side is that it seems to come without instructions. "Manual" has no listing of parts, or how to put the unit together. I had to ask a physician!

Great experience only hang up in the process was getting the doctor's office to get the prescription ready. Next time I will be prepared for that. I received a phone call and emails from Southeastern alerting me to what I needed to do, so now we are happy to have a back up machine in the house again. Thanks you guys are great...
