I have no problem with the item I purchased, however I paid for priority shipping which should have allowed me to receive the product in 1-3 days. It was delivered on the 4th day and caused me inconvenience. You advertised free shipping in 4-10 days therefore I am asking for a shipping refund of $11.95.
