    I like this item very much, however, i needed to go to a local drug store to get a bigger cuff.  The one that came with it was too small for my arm.  Thank you.

    able to hear clearly and understand the spanish version.  Could also see the numbers easily and start the monitor without difficulty.  Cuff was easy to adjust.
