fast shipping the only problem i experienced
was the adapter to the main unit was reversed in the tube and i had to call for the info as to why it wouldn't fit. problem was solved by reversing the fitting.

I at first was skeptical about this product at first I could not get the software to work so I was able to contact the factory in China and talked to a very well informed person who helped me by sending the software via email and it worked flawlessly.  I took readings and gave it to my doctor who even said this is really detailed and was impressed by the readout to be able to have informed information about the blood pressure.  The company sends me email from time to time and asks how its product is doing?  Most manufacturers do not do that.  I been very upfront with them that I have had no problems and even pointed out updated software so that people would like with the product.  They are working on improving their product.  If you have software issues you can contact Viola Lee contec.viola@gmail.com and their website is http://www.contecmed.com.  This company is really good on customer service and if you do have an issue with the unit let Viola Lee know I sent you.
