The BabySound B Fetal Doppler is a safe and easy to use device that has been specially designed for use at home, allowing pregnant women to listen to their unborn baby's heart beat, movements and hiccups from as early as 10 to 12 weeks. It is suitable for an expectant mother to carry out regular checks on her baby in between routine hospital checks. It can not only reduce the expectant mother's anxiety but also allow other members of the family to listen to the baby's heartbeat. This portable device is also suitable for obstetricians and midwives.

 The BabySound B Pocket Fetal Doppler is not meant to replace your doctor's diagnostic advice.

  

The BabySound B is mainly for your piece of mind and comfort and is best used after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.  By completing this purchase, the customer states that they have discussed renting/purchasing a fetal monitor with their physician, and have their approval to use the monitor.

 

BabySound B can connect to a computer, CD or MP3 to record the baby's heart sound so you can share your baby’s heart beat with family and friends via email.

 

BabySound B integrates a single chip CPU, LCD display and our accurate Algorhythm software, allowing it to display the baby’s heart rate in a very convenient and accurate way.

 

Tips that will make the use of this fetal Doppler easier:

  • Take it with you when you first visit your doctor. The doctor or Ultrasound Tech can very easily show you how to find your baby's heartbeat.

  • During the first stages of the pregnancy, place the Doppler probe just above the pubic hairline. As your pregnancy progresses, you will find the heartbeat higher up.- Move the probe gently and very slowly.

  • Lean the Doppler probe downward toward the pubic bone

  • Always use some Ultrasound gel while using the Doppler probe
