The woman that I spoke with over the phone was incredibly nice and accommodating.  I was very frustrated with the shipping issues for an item that I needed quickly.  I actually wanted to also purchase the train nebulizer but I believe that I will look for that locally instead.  My son adores his new nebulizer.

I found the item to be easy to purchase.  It was delivered on time and the packaging was adequate to prevent damage.  The fire truck nebulizer is interesting enough to keep my little one busy during the application of his medication.  I am very pleased with this purchase and will buy again from this company if the need should arise.
